Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pklk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pklk website at https://pklk.io, including all games, sports betting services, promotional offers, payment facilities, and any other services made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, logging into your account, or using any part of the pklk Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

These Terms should be read in conjunction with pklk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.

pklk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use pklk Services. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. pklk operates a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and the original deposit amount returned to the payment source where possible.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with pklk. pklk does not represent or warrant that its Services are legal in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk. pklk is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to comply with local laws.

2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active pklk account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be terminated, bonus balances will be voided, and real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). pklk may require identity verification at any point, including but not limited to at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Accepted documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete verification within the time specified by pklk will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. pklk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to exercise reasonable care over your credentials.

3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify pklk immediately by contacting [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. pklk will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but cannot guarantee that losses incurred prior to notification will be recoverable.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure. pklk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where: (a) we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) we suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; (c) regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so; or (d) you request voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. pklk reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee from the balance of dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance following dormancy charges may be closed.

3.5 Account Balance. Your account balance reflects real-money funds and/or bonus funds held on account. Real-money funds may be withdrawn subject to verification and withdrawal terms. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in Section 5. pklk does not pay interest on account balances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pklk supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your pklk account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect depending on the processing schedule of the issuing bank. pklk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 business hours for verified accounts in good standing. pklk reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that has been used to fund the account, subject to the same-source rule. pklk does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on pklk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a payment provider processes in a different base currency, conversion will occur at the rate applied by the payment provider and pklk bears no responsibility for exchange rate differences.

4.5 Declined Transactions. pklk reserves the right to decline deposit or withdrawal requests where fraud is suspected, where documentation requirements have not been met, or where processing would violate applicable law. In such cases, pklk will communicate the reason to the account holder where legally permissible to do so.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers available on pklk are intended for recreational players and are subject to individual promotion terms. pklk reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where the Player has a history of bonus abuse, matched betting, or arbitrage activity.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times indicated before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements — typically, live casino games and sports bets contribute at a different rate to slots.

5.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required threshold by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

5.4 Abuse and Misuse. Behaviour that pklk considers to constitute bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using bonuses in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; exploiting a technical error or miscommunication of a promotional offer; and coordinating with other players to pool or transfer bonus credit. pklk reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is determined.

5.5 Changes to Promotions. pklk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not affect bonus funds already credited to a Player's account at the time of the change.

Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Availability. The selection of games and betting markets available on pklk may vary by time, Player location, and technical availability. pklk does not guarantee that any specific game or market will be available at any given time and is not liable for losses arising from the unavailability of a particular game.

6.2 RNG Games. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on pklk — including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win titles — use certified random number generation software. RTP (return-to-player) rates are determined by the respective game providers and are available in each game's information panel.

6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed within the game interface. Results in live dealer games are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers in real time. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, bets will be settled based on the final game outcome where that outcome is determinable. Where it is not determinable, the bet stake will be refunded.

6.4 Sports Betting. Sports bets placed on pklk are governed by the betting rules displayed in the sportsbook section. pklk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, or where the event in question is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or irregular activity as determined by the relevant sports governing body.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or incorrectly stated odds, pklk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings paid out in error must be returned to pklk upon demand. Continuing to play after noticing an obvious error without notifying support constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pklk and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination of winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games on the Platform without express written permission from pklk.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Conducting any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Impersonating any other person, including another pklk player, pklk staff member, or any other individual.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of pklk's systems, servers, or databases.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pklk staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity during KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical measure to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true location.

pklk monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence authorities where required by applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. pklk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for a minority of individuals, gambling can become problematic. We take this responsibility seriously and provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request voluntary self-exclusion by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 8.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings or by contacting support. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

8.4 Session Limits and Cool-Off Periods. Players may set maximum session time limits and request cool-off periods of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, access to betting and gaming features will be suspended, though the account remains open for withdrawal of real-money balances.

Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the pklk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, database structures, audio, and video content, is the property of pklk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you.

9.2 Limited Licence. pklk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any automated means to scrape, index, or extract data from the Platform; or use pklk's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner without our prior written consent.

9.3 Third-Party Licences. Certain games and content on pklk are provided under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective licensors. Your use of licensed game content is also subject to the end-user terms of the applicable licensor.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty. pklk provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. pklk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pklk shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if pklk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Cap on Liability. Subject to the exclusions and limitations set out in these Terms, pklk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pklk account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. pklk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms that is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, cyber-attacks, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

Privacy & Data

11.1 Data Collection. pklk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Marketing Communications. By registering an account, you agree to receive transactional communications from pklk related to your account activity, security, and financial transactions. You may opt out of marketing and promotional communications at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the unsubscribe mechanism in any marketing email.

11.3 Data Sharing. pklk may share your personal data with third parties where required to deliver the Services, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. All third-party data processors engaged by pklk are bound by contractual data protection obligations.

Governing Law

12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pklk operates. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override or exclude mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact pklk's support team in the first instance at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. pklk will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. Where informal resolution is not achieved, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable competent courts.

12.3 Language. These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
